When I started working out in 2005, I was a shy and insecure 15 year old who was too embarrassed to take his shirt off. I was desperate to improve my physique but unfortunately, I lacked the knowledge and resources to do so. I read so many contradictory articles and was told so many drastically different training and dieting approaches that I did not know who or what to believe. It left me frustrated and confused. I wanted to quit several times.
This is probably how a lot of you feel right now. Unfortunately for me, it took me several years to sort through the misinformation and experiment with different methods to figure out the truth. I made all of the mistakes so you don’t have to. My goal is to help you bypass the beginning stages that I went through where you feel completely lost and confused and don’t know what to believe. I want to save you from the frustration that I experienced myself so that you can be on your way to making progress a lot sooner.
Then I wanted to share with you the simplified fitness approach thousands of people use to go from disliking their appearance…to being eager to step in front of the mirror.

They’re told by fitness influencers to spend hours in the gym and sweat their tail off, eat the same bland mixture of chicken, rice, and broccoli every day and spend unnecessary money on a mountain of supplements that promise to shred fat overnight.
This results in them battling against burnout from overtraining, falling down a treacherous slope of yo-yo dieting, and getting endlessly frustrated with a lack of tangible physique results.
This is exactly why after 18 years of testing countless training and diet plans, I created Pfau Fitness. Since its launch, thousands of people have used it to achieve their dream physique.

When I began my fitness journey, I never had any intention of stepping on a bodybuilding stage. I just wanted to look good with my shirt off at the beach. I wound up competing in my first show in 2010, two more in 2011, and a fourth one in 2015 where I won the overall and a WNBF pro card. Now, I can call myself a professional natural bodybuilder which is pretty cool. However, throughout this journey, I realized how consuming a strict diet and workout schedule can be if you don’t take the right approach.
Although a certain level of commitment is certainly necessary to reach your goals, I strongly believe that your fitness goals should not consume your life. I make fitness a sustainable lifestyle rather than a burdensome chore. I don’t over complicate the process and I will help you make living a healthy lifestyle both enjoyable and sustainable.
